      Flexible schedule, job isn't hard after learning the company and product information

      Cons

      Mediocre work environment, terrible management, intense sales targets but no commission, bonus system heavily favors management, extremely uncomfortable uniform, very low pay for the amount of work expected of you, to do well you have to be a very pushy and aggressive sales person

      Pros

      Great atmosphere and company to work for. Very understanding management team. Was able to go on medical leave and come back with no problems at all.

      Cons

      Rated daily on hourly sales, UPT and ADT. Very competitive atmosphere although management sells it differently. Forced to act like we are commission based but we aren’t.

      Crappy job for an only english speaker

      Work with very impressive colleagues and get to be exposed to some serious intelligence on the sales team

      Cons

      -Over 50% of the customers walking in the door barely speak english, this is a serious issue when managers put a tremendous pressure on keeping conversation going with them. It makes the employees who speak other languages (specifically Chinese) automatically the favourites. -you wont be able to buy a bag you sell with a paycheque -minimum wage is laughable selling a luxury brand, i could make more money pushing carts at walmart and getting quarters -the team share commission system is based on number of hours worked, not amount in sales brought in.
