      Meaningful work and clients, but poor management issues

      Pros

      meaningful work, great clients, and many opportunities to meet with high-level individuals in the field, thanks to CBI's reputation.

      Cons

      quite poor management, unclear expectations, and stressful deadlines. Since it's fully remote, it's quite difficult to teamwork. Not a lot of benefits.

      Pros

      Remote working was the only benefit. Great HR team.

      Cons

      Confusing contracts over working hours and very long days. Very high turn over of staff and in certain areas very toxic management. Trust is at an all time low and the treatment by my line manager in particular has caused future trust issues with future manager. Never have I ever gone into a position as a manager and had to prove my ability before being able to do my job I thought that was what an interview was for.
