      As a Im new to this HR domain I learned the process well

      Cons

      I worked there for 4 months, can’t able to survive, no professional methods are followed at the time of exit process, not a secure job, if the HR thinks, they fire without the knowledge of CEO.. ZERO job security, TL asks why and why cant but dont teach the way..

      Worst toxic environment and scam company which hire and fire in 2 days it's better to close this kind of company where they give preference for only North completely racism descrimination.Only 5 people will work and they don't let anyone work .It's not all fit to work .Very poor leadership.No growth it's waste of time working here.

      Unprofessional and ineffective management practices Senior team members unwilling to shadow or mentor freshers HR team shows very poor communication and professionalism Mentors and seniors focus only on their own work, ignoring new joiners No clear guidance on requirements Not providing any proper content on handling tough requirements often use negative phrases which is disrespectful and demotivating Discrimination in the workplace, creating an unfair and toxic environment
