Okay but mentally draining

Pros

They provide comprehensive training and quality checks. The incentives are promising. Also, most tutors are nice and open-minded people. Tutors also have a semi-flexible schedule and can wear semi-casual clothes. The office is a comfortable workplace.

Cons

The incentives are too hard to reach. At most times, tutors work too hard and experience burnout. The quota is mentally draining! The work/life balance promise is not that true since tutors usually work more than normal working hours to reach quota. During students' vacation, tutors earn so little. There is little to no opportunity to be promoted or to get a salary raise. Tutors are also provided with old equipment.

Hard to reach incentives

Pros

I love the semi-flextime it offers. It gives us a work-life balance as long as we know how to manage our time. Salary is also output based. You earn what you work for.

Cons

They don't update their employees about the benefits. The pieces of equipment are too outdated. Incentive requirements are set too high but the incentive itself is too low. Not worth it to work hard for.

Pros

Semi-flexible schedule. That is all.

Cons

-too much pressure -unrealistic expectations (30 minutes for a 10 page paper?!) -hard to reach incentives -have to work more than usual working hours just to reach quota -just don't!
