      -Many opportunities to evolve within the company -Mostly respectful culture regardless of seniority (It is very easy to speak up and change things when something needs to be optimized) -Energizing atmosphere ( people you work with are amazing - kind, smart, helpful, motivated colleagues and passionate top-managers) -Great team support -Greater degree of freedom than in big companies -Free cupcakes and pastries on Mondays and fruits on Wednesdays 😊

      Pros

      Great people work here. I have found that my colleagues as well as being technically brilliant, they are also very friendly and nice to work with. The work is challenging and varied. We are always very busy.

      If there was an issue, I find management very approachable and will listen to you.
