- Exposure on multiple cloud platforms - Research & Development oriented work - Will get chance to work on latest technologies - Good & supportive technical team - Good company infrastructure - Satisfactory pay scale - Good place to learn something new - Salary will be credit after 5th of every month - Here you will get opportunity to go outside of india (Only applicable for business team resources and it also depends on gender)
Cons
- Worst management, HR department is not for employees they only work for company benifits. - Policy changes every time based on company advantages, management never think from employees perspective. - They call it MNC but they are not running the organisation like MNC - I heard from many seniors, management always try to push their employees to work on the weekends and late-night. - Don't fall in their bonus/retention pay and foreign tour commitment it is just a trap - Micro-management - Management mostly try to change your expertise area and technology, this will directly affect your skill sets and expertise area. Situation like "Neither here nor there" - One of the worst business team, they never come up with the proper requirements and sometimes they come up with unrealistic requirements. - If you are family man/women, then this company is not for you. - Negativity is all over in the company - Excluding business team everyone is worrying about their job security and future. - They fire anyone without any notice or ultimatum. - I remember one situation, where management tried to fire 4-5 employees at the occasion of Diwali. - Stay away from BA team, they are work like spy for management. Sometimes I think, are these guys really doing their job? or management is just trying do the postmaster job from them. - Here I didnt find any career growth for BA team
