- Had to fight for salary increases/progression despite doing well for the business and getting revenue into the business. I had no annual appraisals while working here.
- The area where the office is located is very rough and a bit disgusting.
- There's a bit of an inner circle within the company, and it is not fair to the wider people within the business.
- They unfairly got rid of good people within the business once they got the most out of them, and then switched the format of how the team ran, with poor recruiting in the management positions within the teams.
- Feel like the managers have got a real power trip within that place, and they need to improve on that. Need to motivate and empower staff, not demoralise and micro-manage. My manager at the time was great, however, they were replaced by someone who was nowhere near as knowledgeable and never took on any feedback.
- Feel like some of the positions were given off how close you were with SLT.
