Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, get paid weekly and they provide all the supplies

Cons

They don’t always provide enough time to get cleans done especially for first time and move in/out cleans. A lot of driving and wear and tear on your car. Getting your schedule only the night before and last minute changes to your schedule. No way to move up in the company.

The pay structure is annoying because they give you and estimated time for a clean and only pay you for that amount of time no matter how much longer it takes you.
