CEO was a self obsessed narcissist, he once in a townhall mentioned mark zukerberg stole his idea of meta verse. No work hours, CTO was kind of funny and a responsibility dodger and blame everyone for everything. On top of all that they all of a sudden decided to lay off 90% of the workforce without even paying them their last months salary and gratuity.
Cons
Middle management was very supportive and cooperative.
