Pros

No Pros found while I was working.

Cons

I have worked here for almost more than an year. It is one of the worst companies I have worked in my entire career of 5 years. One cannot learn anything here. Just sit here for 10 to 11 hours , then only you are a good employee. They deduct your salary like anything. Never thinks of the employee welfare. The CEO is just money minded. He is a foolish person. They treat their employees as donkeys. Worst company having an idiot CEO.

Pros

1) I cant think of any reason to work at city innovates unless you are so bad that you cannot job elsewhere.

Cons

1) They dont pay salary on time. It is like you are working in a low class 3rd world appartment. The ACs do not work and they wont even take any effort to make sure ACs work even in 45 degrees.

Cons

Working at City Innovates has been an incredibly disappointing experience for me. From the very beginning, it was clear that this was not a healthy environment for professional growth. The manager's actions and the company's practices have made it difficult to thrive in this workplace. Firstly, the workload expectations were completely unreasonable. The manager consistently pushed employees to their limits, expecting them to work long hours and take on excessive responsibilities. This overworking culture not only created immense stress and burnout but also hindered the opportunity for personal and professional development. It felt like there was no consideration for work-life balance, leading to a constant feeling of exhaustion and dissatisfaction. Furthermore, the issue of underpayment was prevalent throughout my time at the company. Despite the heavy workload and the extra responsibilities, the compensation provided did not reflect the effort and dedication required to fulfill the job requirements. It felt as though the company was taking advantage of its employees by paying them significantly less than what they deserved. Adding insult to injury, I was hired for a specific position but was consistently assigned tasks that should have been the responsibility of multiple individuals. This was both frustrating and demoralizing, as it hindered my ability to focus on my core role and deliver quality work. It became evident that the company's hiring practices lacked transparency and respect for employees' skills and expertise. Overall, I cannot recommend City Innovates as a healthy and supportive workplace. The manager's expectations for overwork and the company's underpayment practices create a toxic environment that hinders personal and professional growth. Additionally, being hired for one position and being consistently burdened with the work of multiple roles is deeply unfair and undermines the value of employees' contributions. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion at City Innovates. Others may have had different experiences, and it's important to consider multiple perspectives before forming a complete judgment.
