Pros
Super Smart People!, Great Pay & Benefits, Awesome atmosphere, remote work OK (if you're not in SF area), CEO is super smart and all around a great guy! CTO is extremely smart yet modest, very driven team
Cons
Young team (=mistakes), a manager who wants to control everything, too many meetings, too slow to implement, a little cliquey (manager brought on a few from their old team), lack of direction, chasing all and any opportunities (before old ones are fully implemented), no work/life balance
