      - Young and friendly co-workers

      Cons

      - Poor and rude management who don't value their employees. - Once I received an offer they made clear that I should not leave before I complete at least 10 hrs of work. Overhours aren't paid. - Very pure compensation without any bonus plan and private health insurance. - All managers are very aggressive to the employees and they make them feel like slaves.
