Pros
Fairly low stress minus the confusion. Because it’s so confusing you can hide-out and do the bare minimum. People are friendly and it’s a very pro-travel/pro-conference culture.
Cons
Lacks experience, and is resistant to new ideas. For a blockchain company, it’s surprising how old and stodgy some of the practices are, it’s like a 1980s boys club all over again.
