      Pros

      Good work-life balance. Flexible as expected to be in the office three days a week. Some very nice and dedicated professionals.

      Cons

      Executive team has seen significant turnover. Strategy does not appears to be as sharp as peers.

      There are many good people trying to do the right thing at Cbus. The member first ideology is clearly considered across the Fund.

      Cons

      What feels like constant restructuring has created a strange culture. People are loyal but seeing competent colleagues walked, and teams pulled apart only to put back together in the next restructure is having an impact on motivation.
