There is often a tendency to shift blame onto employees rather than addressing underlying issues within the organization. Expectations and standards are set very high, yet the company itself does not consistently demonstrate the same level of structure or standards it expects from its staff. Employees are often treated as though they require constant supervision, rather than being trusted as professionals. Staying back after working hours is frequently expected, and work-life balance is not genuinely respected. Additionally, there are concerns regarding workplace culture, including instances of discriminatory and racist behavior. The overall environment feels tense and quiet, with many team members appearing disengaged or unhappy. One thing to be aware of is that the organization operates multiple companies under different names.
