      Challenging work and interesting projects. Smart colleagues who get along with each other, Nice office environment. Small shop that punches above our weight. Good perks and team parties.

      Long hours, Competing and changing priorities can make it difficult to know what our priorities are. 1 day per week working from home begrudgingly allowed. Meeting culture.
