      Out of touch company that prefers to burn bridges in our small industry rather than build

      Pros

      A great place to work pre-pandemic, former CEO’s was enthusiastic, innovative and forward thinking, was approachable and was receptive to new ideas to generate revenue.

      Cons

      Post pandemic, out of touch with the industry, egotistical and narcissistic management driving a once thriving company into the ground. Zero room for growth, Zero ability to read the market. Upper management takes zero responsibility and is out of touch. And of course, this leads to toxic and hostile work environments.

      Great company that cares about the employees, management is always reachable, flexible hybrid work environment.

      Cons

      Headquartered in Quebec, so French is very prevalent within the company, sometimes Ontario office fells somewhat excluded, although the head office normally tries their best to accommodate the language
