      Waste of Time in Your Career Path

      Pros

      - 9 to 5 shift - Effective communication across departments - Admirable CEO

      Cons

      - Unclear job responsibilities, even after 6 months (!) - Absence of bonding with peers who belong to the same team - Lack of people management skills from the corresponding manager - Unstructured 'flow' of daily routine. It took us 6 months to have our first meeting as a team (!) - Workplace Bullying, incidents and offenses taking place every day

      - Salary above average and bonuses - 9 to 5 shift * (see cons) - Nice offices - Participation in events and conferences - free meal/drinks once a month

      Cons

      - Unclear job responsibilities - Upper management pretty incompetent and not eager to change and embrace real innovation - Two types of employees; those who do nothing and work ~8 hours a day and those who do the actual the work with low work-life balance - Unstructured 'flow' of daily routine - planning your day may seem a distant dream at times - Minimum work ethic with lots of politics, as well as, micro-management
