- Unclear job responsibilities - Upper management pretty incompetent and not eager to change and embrace real innovation - Two types of employees; those who do nothing and work ~8 hours a day and those who do the actual the work with low work-life balance - Unstructured 'flow' of daily routine - planning your day may seem a distant dream at times - Minimum work ethic with lots of politics, as well as, micro-management
