CPM cares about their employees. Yearly employee appreciation day. Occasional quarterly bonuses. Great staff and leadership. Willing to teach you anything as long as your vocal about it
Cons
The Admin team is small, so not a lot of room for promotion/growth unless someone leaves or retires so you’re almost forced to leave or move to a different department
