Pros
Hiring was rapid, I had a quick answer/offer.
Cons
Very low salary. The software stack uses a dying language and a framework which already must have been abandoned by the beginning of the project, and remains unmaintained. There was a lot of destructive micromanagement and direction/goals seemed to change every week, with a lot of work being discarded.
