      Relax environment, maybe too relaxed. Good pay, maybe not enough for the stress.

      Cons

      No real leadership. Reorganizations happens on a bi-annual to annual basis. Does not stick to processes. Organizations work against each other. Questionable business strategy and shared service leadership.

      -mon - fri shift -work on your own

      Cons

      -hours are not stable, sometimes too much OT sometimes too little hours -poor management, arbitrary, don't care attitude -company vehicles are terrible, limited space -they force you to use triple extension ladders where as other companies only use a regular extension ladder -they do not care about your opinion, only want you to say yes sir -claim credit for your hard work but blame you for their mistakes
