      The owners seem detached and disconnected from everyday reality -Multiple rounds of layoffs every year, around 25% of staff in Summer 2025 -You have to pay for parking at the NE Calgary office -Zero confidence they will be financially solvent within the next few years.

      Fair wages and benefits. Opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      This company is closing its doors and is no longer hiring. Disorganization from office waiting on locates, Locates received for wrong properties or for wrong portions, or portions of the property. No budget for required materials, backfill, topsoil, grass seed etc. Contractors hired to do civil work do not stick to design plan and flower pots left in wrong areas or completely inaccessible places.
