Pros
Some people are great and you can get along with. It's a great place to start you career, because you'll get immersions and experience from out of town trips, and events.
Cons
management will discourage you to file OTs. most senior employees are very opinionated and will stab you at the back to upper management. no salary increases. drinking water needs to be paid. bosses are sometimes inconsiderate and has unreasonable expectations, but will not give you an adequate budget. there is an employee there who thinks she is the heir of the company and will always report every little thing you do to upper management.
