Great company that gives you the tools you need to do your job and the freedom to do things the way you choose to. The founders of the company are incredibly transparent about everything and are a real joy to work with.

If you need structure (rules and people telling you what to do an how to do it) this would NOT be the place for you. If you are overly ambitious and want a corporate ladder to climb to set yourself apart from the rest, this would NOT be the place for you.
