Pros
Caltronics has grown a lot over the last few years. It has become a more team oriented company where employees have a say in the day to day procedures. Employees are not just a number, but an asset in all areas. The overall atmosphere is upbeat and enjoyable.

Pros
Good team, good variety of work, reasonable expectations from management. It's been fun watching the company grow, going from "shooting from the hip" as a small shop to a much more process-oriented company. Commitment from the owners and management to continuous improvement.
Cons
Small company benefits. Company-improvement projects can be overwhelming at times since capacity is always a step behind growth.
