-Incredibly toxic work environment, noticed mostly with the account managers, techs, and trainer. - Lots of work and you will be expected to work afterhours or oncall. There were plenty of times I worked 7 days a week without proper compensation. - Lots of empty promises here -Terrible management that does nothing about toxic work environment. - Micromanagement and you needed to fill out a timesheet for the 8 hours of work and account everything you did those 8 hours, which would incentivize charging customers "bogus/inflated" times. - CEO drives expensive cars, and will yell at you if something bad happens. When you ask for a raise they complain and say there is no budget... - Any company profits, instead of being shared with employees are turned into unhealthy snacks. - You will work so much here you will burn out, the pay is lower then industry standard, and huge turnover rate. - No appreciation for hard work, guarantee you talk to any tech here and they will agree they hate working there.
