Ambitious projects. International team from different parts of the world.
Cons
Fights between different teams. No one wants to take responsibility of a problem (too much blame game happening). Management does not really care about well-being of employees. No coffee beans (to save money).

- Interesting technical work - Good company work environment (multi-national) - Good work location in Abu Dhabi near restaurants
Cons
- Bad manager - Not much opportunities for personal growth in terms of public speaking and interaction with clients/customers - It was all computer work, no practical work
