      Great place to grow and learn, great colleagues, this company is poised to grow. They have a strong emphasis on workplace safety. They have good mental health professional coverage beyond just an EAP.

      Cons

      With more and more data available it's starting to get micromanage-y. They try to do a lot with limited resources and people feel the burnout.
