Using 48th Parallel beans is a plus Some of the baked goods are pretty tasty
Cons
The owners determine tip-out, basing it off of not hours worked, but their preference for the individuals (owners shouldn't ever touch tips). They don't care about your schedule, mental health, or personal needs so long as their bottom line is met. Their relationship with highly questionable autism "charities" is dubious and harmful to ND communities (nothing for us without us)
