Abysmal Experience

Pros

- Decent enough pay. - Nice customers. - Sharp uniform. - Employee discount. - Clean work environment.

Cons

- Most unnecessarily complicated/chaotic menu ever created (15 pages!) - Employees expected to learn the entire menu in their personal time off. - Ridiculous docket/receipt language that also reflects poor menu design. - Rushed and incomplete training. - Bias towards staff that management do and don’t like. - Employees overworked by overbearing FoH management. - Poor workplace communication (resulting in toxic workplace culture, & unfriendly/indifferent co-workers). - Many employees do not speak English fluently or clearly, so direct communication can be difficult at times. - The pros are not worth it. You will be undervalued, overworked, and treated as though you were devoid of common sense.

Pros

It was good experience learning to deal with the pressure and work load. My skills have improved. Some friendly co-workers. Free food and staff parties.

Cons

The workload is not worth the pay. Had to work with a lot of people that weren't fluent in English. They spoke a lot in their own language which is quite rude with English speakers around.
