Encouraged to learn and grow in my trade and it's okay to make a mistake. I am challenged to learn more and explore. I'm not micro-managed and always receive support from Management. The company continues to look for ways to grow and improve and I really like that they include the employee in that process by soliciting feedback. They display integrity in all business decisions, makes me proud to work here. I like that there is a strong emphasis on the work/home-life balance. Owners are very transparent about the company's current status and future goals.
Cons
I've worked in many atmospheres, large corporations and small mom/pop shops and CSols, Inc. is, by far, the best work environment I've worked in. There may be a few "small business growing pains" but they are consistently being address and the owners are very conscience of making continued improvements.
I loved the culture at CSols. They have awesome leadership. It felt like family when I spent my time there.
Cons
There aren't any real cons. Depending on the season, you may be on the bench for a while. That's just the nature of the consulting business. It does give you a chance to be pulled into other projects.
