The people are fantastic, a hard industry to work in and they do a great job.
Cons
To many to share all but the main one is it needs modernising.

Some lovely people work there.
Cons
Staff are treated appallingly in both attitude and respect towards them and health and safety. You will be used as a scape goat for anything and have to go along with it if you wish to keep your job. Low pay / benefits
