      Great coworkers and bosses Everyone was respectful, helpful, kind. They care about their clients and employees Lunches and dinners during tax season

      Long hours but that’s expected during tax season in this field.

      Noticeable lack of diversity in leadership structure. (Ie, you are not getting promoted unless you are a SWM). Lack of leadership. Lack of flexibility.
