When there’s work you’ll make decent coin most of the guys are great.

Lack of job security and LOA is trash $50!!! Management is trash.

A four day work week
Cons
No respect for production workers and they don't care about work/life balance. Safety and quality take a back seat to running as fast as the line allows till something breaks or gets hurt
