Low pay, way below market. Management will tell you that it will eventually catch up to market but the truth is that it won't. They will also tell you that the company will spend thousands of dollars training you and they even put in your contract that if you leave within 2 years you have to reimburse an obscene amount of money, when in reality the company will not spend one dime in your training. They will put you right away on a project and you better not crash and burn. They will also sell you to clients as being an expert in the topic when you aren't. My only advise to whoever read this, is to stay away from this company cause let me tell you the only thing I guarantee you will get is buyers remorse.

Where do we start, your expenses to clients as far as over an hour away are not reimbursed all out of pocket. Salaries are 30-40% lower than any other consulting firm in the SAP space. ridiculous. After your second year, you are now billing regularly and you are NOT rewarded for this. Very very tough bonus structures that they try to screw you from with technicalities. They do not appreciate their senior staff, they keep hiring juniors who know nothing about business, throw them in the fire and let them figure it out. That is their training method. there is ZERO formal certification or training given. Be ready to work INSANE hours and not be compensated for it. I recommend Contax for 1-2 years but you cannot make a career out of it. VERY CHEAP OWNER - get a life man, pay your employees what they deserve.
