Pros
I really enjoy the people i work with. If I ever was running late or needed any help with anything I always have had people at arm's reach who are prepared to offer assistance. I have grown with the company over my years and always have new options.
Cons
The company could do well to be more strict on their re-hiring depending on the reason for initial departure.
