* Professional colleagues * Nice office in central Stockholm * Stable job * Work hours were 9-17 * Zero pressure to work overtime

Cons

* Old in-house technologies * Too cost-saving in terms of salary and work equipment * No regular hybrid work. Remote work was only allowed during sickness.

A full time job that would pay a salary every month.

Cons

- Salary way below market standards - People working here have either been there for 10+ years or for less than a year - make of that what you will - For a tech company hiring PhDs and developing software used by large R&D teams, the lack of tech use for day to day tasks is hilarious. You are forbidden to use tech to make your job easier. Everything must be done manually. - Nepotism isn’t just in the US office, it’s everywhere - the CRM is ancient, an excel sheet would be easier to use - management has zero empathy and zero common sense. - No career growth, no compensation growth either
