      Poorly managed - family focus/no room for growth - minimal benefits after 1 year. Unpaid company close-downs, antiquated systems and disorganized managers.

      Pros

      They are always hiring. Anyone can get a job here as long as you can speak fluently. Free parking. Close to transit. Friendly staff. Pool table in break room.

      Cons

      Terrible work environment. They grind you from the moment you get there until you leave; all for peanuts. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. The front of the sales floor sells calendars and the back room scams pens and magnets. What a fraud.
