Pros

Long history and a broad reach for broker customers. Some great colleagues.

Cons

Newer Canadian EO is devoid of EQ and comes across as socially inept in this regard. This shortcoming manifests in ways that emasculate his direct reports and at times his own customers. Draconian management style.

Benefits are good Some staff members are hard working

Cons

If you're a good hard working person, you do not get recognition, however, if you slack off, are rude to others they reward bad behavior High turn over Unhappy environment Senior staff doesn't listen to your concerns. Public displays of embarrassment by middle management

Pros

great products/ ability to write large risks with worldwide exosoure.

Cons

new management style- authority being restricted to higher levels. Lots of talk of trust in staff but day to day management practices indicate otherwise. Having Canada report into international a mistake.
