There are only cons to this company Only higher management people can decide and rule The HR department is also pathetic, only involved in extra activities and doesn't listen to their employee's egoitic oldies all around the office infra is pathetic. It feels like working in a garbage dump CEO intervenes in stupid things instead of working on company goals there are people who are working since their birth at this place and only they are allowed to speak. no newcomer can speak up and put his/her opinion on the table It is extremely nuisance working with such people they don't follow SOP and work according to their convenience if you want to grow in your career and if you're an opinionated person, please don't join this company they will ruin your career and health both by putting physical and mental torture.
