Salary and co workers are great.
Cons
CLDN does not treat its employees as though they are human beings. They treat them as though they are a number. Part time staff never get time off and face not acquiring future positions within the company based on their time off, including days taken during the pandemic. Their compassion for staff is non-existent and this then trickles down into the quality of work.
