- Sales team is horrible. Sign deals at low term just to say they acquired revenue - CEO lies; promised they would make up not paying us a week if we stuck around....no raises and bonuses in the last 3 years even though 2025 was profitable - Want you to get certifications but potentially may not pay for them - Company only gives kudos to higher ups - Townhall meetings sounds like a sales call selling themselves - Workload can be too much with heavy deadlines - Company doesnt feel like one since they fire whole divisions - Profitable but lay offs continue to happen
