Pros

There are NO pros working here.

Cons

There are only cons working here. 1. They dont treat you with respect AT ALL. 2. They are not professional 3. I wouldn't trust the other "good" reviews posted here. As i am someone who thought they are true before joining the company only to realize they are not. They say they provide feedback to their employee to improve them better but the truth is they call it a feedback when its just disrecpectful and demeaning statements. 4. You are ALWAYS compared with the other experienced employee(in front of him) which is the worst thing to do. 5. There are absolutely ZERO benefits. 6. The job posting that i applied to has absolutely NOTHING common to what I was asked to do at my role. I can go on and on about the cons. But bottom line, I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to join this company. I would rather stay unemployed and wait for the next amazing opportunity waiting for me. I am gonna emphasize this again, that i would recommend NOT TO WORK HERE and TRUST ALL the BAD REVIEWS posted. this was my experience working here.

Pros

+ responsibility for all levels (even junior-level employees) + openness for change from senior leadership if you can articulate the benefit for the team + ability to wear other hats than the one you were hired for + great opportunities to learn and grow personally + for non-technical positions: the ability to grow into a managerial role After working at CDIT for almost a year now, I know to manage my time more effectively than before. I can also say that I have become considerably more customer-centric (in the way I interact with customers/write emails/conduct calls/...)

Cons

- possible Con: This is a consulting company and with that come often very high expectations (not unlike what you hear from McKinsey and other consulting firms). Like I said in the title, it's not a 9-to-5 job for lazy people. - feedback can sometimes feel a little personal (but you learn not to take it serious)...it helps for self-reflection, and is better than no feedback...at least for me. - could have more perks
