Pros

The owner of the company interviews and it honestly just felt like a conversation between professionals. There was only 2 people from the company at my location when I was there so you are pretty much self managed.

Cons

Lack of communication and training. The Lead did not show me how to do the things I needed to do to get my job done properly. They did not train me and then wrote emails about what I was doing wrong when I wasn't properly trained in the first place. The lead also was late every day and left early without telling our manager so she would get paid for not being there. But they would tell on you the second they thought you may have done the same. This was never addressed while I was there.

Pros

Pay is decent. Small company. Interview with owner seems like more of a conversation than an interview.

Cons

Management is not on location so they can not see what is going on themselves.

Pros

Although my tenure with CBAIA was brief, I was treated professionally and with respect. There was an open line of communication with Headquarters, so I never felt I couldn't reach out to express a concern regarding the contract I provided support to. Indeed a family oriented small business attempting to do right by the employees they employ.

Cons

No cons to speak of.
