Management listens and values feedback
Plenty of opportunities to learn and take on new challenges
Supportive and collaborative team environment
International scope makes my work dynamic and interesting
I feel like my ideas make a real impact
Cons
Frequent pivots can be challenging
Fast-paced, so it can feel busy at times
Worked for CarBrain, a company under the CAS umbrella, for just under four years. In that time I received one promotion and was getting prepped to gear towards another when I decided to leave (for mostly unrelated personal reasons). I was given the opportunity to take on projects that I didn't have experience in but which interested me, and when I succeeded I was able to use that success to develop my career. My supervisors took a direct interest in my career growth as an employee and an individual. My successes were celebrated, and failures were treated as a learning opportunity.
Cons
Some internal changes in the overall corporation resulted in growing pains through 2023. I know I heard of other employees in other departments not feeling as supported as I ultimately did, but I can't speak to their experiences; my department and my supervisors were supportive.
