Pros
They trust their employees to run their apartment management day to day. I have recieved pay increases. They have an HR department and participate in an annual training event, and an annual company outing.
Cons
Communication between the sites and the mothership is lacking. My property managers don't seem to respect workers. They are sometimes dishonest. Pay and benefits are low average.
