Button Tech houses a supportive environment with a warm atmosphere and a collaborative culture. There is little hierarchy and employees from across the company are encouraged to share and execute ideas. The seniors are thoughtful and respectful, placing emphasis on employee development. The workforce is diverse and multi-cultural, providing opportunities to work globally across markets. Lastly, the company is growing rapidly and employees are rewarded generously.
Cons
A few things to consider about the company. It is an environment for ambitious individuals. To thrive you need to be a self-starter and take initiative. Responsibility is delegated early and it can be stressful at times.

- generous on bonus - poker games with prizepool - performances are tracked
Cons
- typical Chinese culture, people often have to work overtime and during day off - some training is irrelavent and does not help you get on with the job - you don't really know what other teams are doing
