The construction industry is amazing and there are some good times at Buildots. The growth of the company has been amazing. Most of the people are fantastic.

Cons

Management has really fallen off lately. Expectations are never clear. Heavy favoritism. Hiring unqualified AE’s and leaders. Morale is really low across the entire team.

One of the things I appreciate most is the level of transparency from management. We have monthly global company updates as well as local site meetings, where we get clear updates on sales, product developments, and current priorities. It helps you understand the bigger picture and where the company is heading. Another major plus is the career growth- internal promotions happen quite often here, and there is a proven track record of people moving up into new roles within the company.

Cons

As the company scales, we are naturally moving away from that early-stage, intimate startup feel and becoming a larger organization. While some might miss the casual nature of a smaller team, this transition has actually brought a lot more stability, better structure, and clearer processes.
