Pros
It's a family oriented clinic where the interdisciplinary team actually works as a team by collaborating on therapy techniques with other disciplines. They are all very caring abouth their clients and staff.
Cons
Only per-diem positions are available. So if clients cancel there is no compensation. Although pay rate is higher for this reason. So if therapists manage cancelations well and reschedule them, then pay is pretty good.
